CQRS Indonesia is seeking a Full Stack Developer passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-quality web applications. You’ll work alongside a team of developers, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers to develop digital solutions that deliver real value to clients and users.
Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain front-end and back-end web applications. 2. Build secure, fast, and easy-to-integrate APIs. 3. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement designs into responsive applications. 4. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. 5. Debug, test, and optimize application performance. 6. Participate in code reviews and agile development processes. 7. Integrate third-party services and external systems as needed. 8. Contribute to technical planning and application architecture decisions.
Qualification
Must-have
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar position. 2. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript. 3. Experience using modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Next.js. 4. Experience developing backends using Node.js. 5. Understanding of REST APIs and third-party service integrations. 6. Proficient in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). 7. Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows using GitHub/GitLab. 8. Understanding of responsive design principles and web performance. 9. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 10. Able to work both independently and in a team.
Nice-to-have
1. Experience using NestJS, Express.js, or another modern backend framework. 2. Familiarity with Docker and containerization. 3. Experience deploying on AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms. 4. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. 5. Experience using Redis, Elasticsearch, or message queues. 6. Have a portfolio of personal projects or open-source contributions. 7. Understanding of microservices and software architecture concepts.
